Protect Your Property
Now is a great time to protect your property by recording serial and model numbers of all electronic devices.
People rarely suspect that their homes or cars will be broken into. But it does happen. Fortunately, there is a way to increase the chances that your property will be returned. By keeping a record of serial and model numbers, you can help ensure your electronics will be tracked when found by police or sold to a pawn shop.
It’s a good idea to keep a folder at home with all of this information. You can record the numbers by hand, or even remove and save the portion of the box with those numbers to keep in your folder.
